Women's Welding Workshop

  • 8256 South Main Street Springwater, NY, 14572 United States (map)

Take a country drive and come weld with me in my little red barn! Join me for a transformative workshop where women come together, learn, and uplift one another. My mission is empowerment through hands-on experience and unwavering support. The Workshop will run about 4 hours and is limited to 6 people per class. You will explore the fundamentals of MIG welding, metal bending, and the use of essential shop power tools. As you craft your very own pumpkin sculpture, you'll witness your creative sparks turn into a masterpiece. This ain’t your average “Painting with a Twist ” class. Working with metal requires caution, and while our environment brims with excitement, safety is paramount. Potential hazards include minor burns, cuts, and exposure to smoke. Don't worry, you'll be provided with the necessary safety gear—just keep in mind, you will get dirty (but that’s the fun part!) steel dust is everywhere, so don’t wear your ball gown. Lunch and all project materials are included in the cost. If you have any physical limitations, please don't hesitate to reach out to ensure the workshop suits your needs. So, hop in the car, head to the countryside, and let's weld, create, and support one another and leave with bragging rights! *Workshops are open to individuals who identify as women, gender binary and non-binary.
